As a full time broker-owner with more than 30 years of experience, John is a second generation real estate professional. Having closed hundreds of transactions totaling more than 75,000,000 dollars in sales volume, John is a patient yet skilled negotiator, understands important financing issues, and effectively manages the many details involved in a successful sales process.  John believes it’s important to give back and do whatever he can to help improve the local community. He’s currently the President of the Sturgis Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Exchange Club and St. Joseph County Agricultural Preservation Board. Some of his many previous activities include membership on the Doyle Board and serving as the past Sturgis City Commissioner. Having lived and worked in the area for all but his college years, John also has great relationships with valuable resources including lenders, appraisers, home repair and other professionals a buyer or seller might need.
